Training for experienced project managers who take the PRINCE2 ®Practitioner exam.

The aim of the training is to refresh and broaden the knowledge of the PRINCE2® methodology and its application in practice, as well as to prepare for PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. During the training, participants practice the usage of various elements of the methodology based on a case study and related questions from mock exam. Thus participants familiarize with the techniques of taking the exam and thoroughly   prepare for certification at the Practitioner level.

During the training, participants will have the opportunity to recall the most important elements of the training at the Foundation level and acquire new knowledge on more detailed aspects of PRINCE2 – incl. additional tools, practices, and methods used in the PRINCE2 approach. The training is based on the PRINCE2 handbook, thus it presents the methodology as a whole in a very comprehensive manner.
