The PC DevOps Leadership course is a unique experience for participants who would like to understand how to implement DevOps in their organization. Moving employees through cultural transformation requires new skills, innovative thinking and transformational leadership. The whole structure of management levels in IT organization must be matched and organized in such a way so as to evolve successfully from organization  with a traditional silos structure to the structure recommended by DevOps.
The course emphasizes the pace of cultural changes and equips participants with practices, methods and tools to involve people from the whole  DevOps spectrum by using actual scenarios and case studies .
Moreover, completing the training prepares participants for  DevOps Leadership. Certificate exam.

The participants receive vouchers, which are valid for 6 months, for online exam.

Having completed the training, the participant receives an e-mail with guidelines how to register on the exam. The date is determined directly with  PeopleCert, with the use of participant’s account.

Online exam is conducted in the presence of proctor – a person from PeopleCert, who connects remotely with training participant’s desktop and observes the course of exam via Internet camera.

The person who takes the exam is obliged to show the place where he is going to write the exam to proctor via Internet camera. Proctor checks if there are not any other persons and study aids in the room.

PeopleCert DevOps Leadership exam

  • Exam duration: 60 minutes.
  • Multichoice questions.
  • Candidates need to get 70% correct answer to pass the exam.
  • This is a ‘closed book’ exam.

Completed PeopleCert DevOps Fundamentals training / DevOps Fundamentals certificate

The command of English language at the level enabling at least understanding written text comprehension.
Training materials and exam are available only in English.
