- Knowledge of local virtualization technologies including virtual machines and virtual networks
- Understanding network configuration including TCP/IP protocol, DNS, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Firewalls and coding technologies
- Understanding the terms related to Active Directory service, including domains, forests and domain controllers
